Very pleasant stay, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast exceeded my expectations! Only slight downside was my room was very stuffy due to hot weather. The fan provided struggled to deliver a good temperature. Have already booked another night at end of the month. Would def recommend Sarum College, Salisbury

Staff in Porter's Lodge could not have been more helpful. Room was sitting room with two tiny bedrooms and bathroom. All were newly refurbished. Staircase was quiet even though in the centre of Oxford. Would have been better value with breakfast but I'm just quibbling. Wadham College, Oxford

Staff went out of their way to ensure that we had the best possible stay. Rooms basic but clean, breakfast was good but perhaps consider changing your brand of tea you provide since the stuff you use is weak and doesn't brew! Lucy Cavendish College, Cambridge

Overall a really great experience and truly "Oxford" being able to live in one of the colleges, especially one as beautiful as St. Hughes. The welcome to the college was so nice and the porters extremely helpful! St Hugh's College, Oxford

Can't fault the service and for £40 a night in central London I'd put up with far worse facilities than I had in Ian Baker House! Bed was comfortable and as I was only there 1 night that was all I needed. Ian Baker House, Fitzrovia, London
