comfortable room, much space in bathroom, good tea und coffee-facilities (ground coffee instead of instant), very good breakfast with good service, nice lounge, direct connection to city (less than five minutes to bus, 10 minutes into the city) and to holyrood park

Really appreciated tip from receptionist about dinners at Theatre Restaurant. I really enjoyed the risotto there and the beautiful view walking back when there was a rainbow over the cathedral.

Great place to stay when in Manchester. Friendly and clean. We were going to a concert at the AO Arena which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel so couldn't have been better

Room was ok except that floor of shower was a bit tacky. Liked being able to access tea and coffee in kitchen through there could have been some more paper cups there.
