Great location, simple accommodation, clean. The improvements I would make would be more info. Had no internet access not because it wasn’t available just that the access codes wasn’t passed on so a page of useful info would be a good addition. Room was basic but was really big and has kettle to make tea/coffee. Bathroom was great with the heated towel rail and powerful shower. Not sure if the heating actually came on despite the thermostat being turned on. Bed was comfortable and I slept very well. Churchill College, Cambridge

The hallways of Astor College were so stifling hot that during such warm weather, I'd recommend installing fans to cool them down. It was very unhealthy. It would have been helpful to have a bathmat and a hand towel as well as simply a single bath towel. Astor College, Fitzrovia, London

For the price, my stay was excellent value in a clean, attractive and very pleasantly situated bed sitting room. The bathrooms were modern and spotless. The Girton porters are incredibly helpful and obliging. Wonderful to be back in college! Girton College, Cambridge

We loved it!!! Walking around the campus after hours, sleeping in the actual dorms and eating breakfast in that amazing dining hall was truly a unique experience we will never forget. Christ Church, Oxford
